Our principles
1. Work remotely
We believe working remotely allows us to be there for the ones we love. It gives us the freedom to use our time to fit into our own needs, without distractions, wasting time, energy and money having to commute while helping our precious planet, even in a modest way.
2. Collaboration is concentration
We don't mimic an office. We communicate using collaboration tools, reducing task switching and email overload.
3. Communication - keeping it human
We believe face-to-face communication will always trump any other form of exchange. A minute of conversation can replace dozens of written exchanges.
4. Daily stand-ups for bonding, blockers and future
We start the day with some bonding, solving blockers and sharing future plans so we can plan, act and save time.
